Like any large facility, our CANSA TLC Nicus Lodge always needs maintenance of one kind or another.
So it was a wonderful help when Tuks students from the fine art department set up a project to decorate all the lodge doors with colourful child friendly designs.
Another welcome help was the donation of some new beds, mattresses and pillows to improve comfort for parents of our young patients receiving treatment.
The makeover has a way to go yet, with a number of rooms needing to be brought up to date.
Any offers of sponsorship from individuals or companies to help achieve this would be so welcome.
